Locker Room is a collaboration and resource community designed for business owners who are former athletes. Our mission is to empower former athletes to pursue excellence and expand their greatness by joining a new team and new locker room. All of the lessons we need to win in life we learned as athletes. Business is a team sport; and winning at anything requires a team. We can't reach our full potential alone. A great team means everyone playing their position and knowing their role. It means teammates and coaches who encourage us, teach us, challenge us, and hold us accountable. Our competitors make us better too. They push us, challenge us, and expose the weaknesses we need to improve on. Our community is athlete led and athlete centered. We focus on adapting inherent traits that athletes possess and converting those into new skills that greatness in business requires. We create new opportunities for former athletes to win, lead, and work as a team. We show the world that athletes can do so much more than just play sports!
