Message from Founder Tim Claiborne

Sports has the power to connect people like nothing on this planet. It has done more to bring out individual and collective human greatness than anything else in our society. I've never felt at home anywhere besides the athlete community, and I've spoken to hundreds of former elite athletes who tell me that what they miss most about sports is the locker room. We've created a new locker room and new team for business athletes, and together we pursue excellence in the sport of business. Helping athletes find a new team, win in new ways, and expand their leadership into new capacities while impacting communities is my passion. Everything we need to succeed in life we learned in sports, and the world needs more of what athletes have to offer beyond the games. My athletic career didn't turn out like I had hoped or expected. I believed that I was destined for greatness in sports, however I now know that my ability to lead athletes in the next chapter after sports is what I was being prepared for. This is my team!
